The staff was courteous, the room was airy, everything was brand-new. Booked a room with a good bed. Location: the hotel was just next door to the nearby Crowne Plaza and Tabasco Mexico. Also, the property was placed 3 miles from touristic place like Plaza Vendome...

Fairly clean, reasonable value hotel, its location was marvellous and short walk to Villahermosa, the ruins of the mayans, and the restaurant. It was an elegant building, the rooms were reasonably spacious and airy on the upper floors.

The total stay was fairly nice on a business trip. Excellent and amiable staff, provided information if needed. The rooms were tastefully decorated and airy with a good bed. Everything was simply brand-new.

In this first semester of the year I have stayed at least 12 times, so I am a very frequent client of the hotel. Yesterday at my check in they had a problem with their card system and they couldn't make my warranty charge, it was pending and they told me they would let me know by mail or phone when the problem was solved and I passed my card. I arrived after a long dinner at the hotel around 1 am and my key was not working, it turns out that it was not working because they had blocked it intentionally because of the card, because when I went down they told me that. So instead of warning me and doing this process before going to dinner or if it was later I would have known beforehand that I had to do it, but unfortunately it was not like that, then after 1 am, even though I was leaving the hotel at 7 am they made me do the process even though I explained to them that it was a problem of theirs, that it was already late, that they never warned me, in short, very bad judgment for such a regular client.
